On North Sea Electrification project ($2bn), worked with partners, Transmission operator (SSEN) and UK government (DESNZ) to drive grid integration. On Majnoon ($2.4bn), framed scope directly with Iraq's Ministry of Oil and authored the national Gas Masterplan delivered to government. Five North Sea M&A transactions, $100m+ in value. Now developing grid-connected data centre and energy platforms in the UK and India.

Founding member of an industrial asset management and services business, scaled and exited into Joulon, a KKR-backed platform- $255M+ deployed across 60+ acquisitions and growth investments, including 11 majority-control acquisitions, LBOs and recapitalisations. Further, delivered and managed $212M+ in capex across Energy-from-Waste and strategic infrastructure projects in the UK/India, working directly with National Grid and DNOs on grid connection and capacity matters.
